The CT measurement points on this head are at the toe and heel of the face. It is not measured at the center of the face.
The white dot on the face is the measurement point. Please see the image.
I think the toe side is CTF and the heel side is CTI.
Some SIM supplied heads are measured at 5 points including the center of the face.
This head has a CTF of 255, so I would guess from the CTF of the head measured at 5 points on the face, it would be at least 257 when measured at the CTG (face center).
Up to 257 is rule compliant, so this is the limit value among the supplied products. Incidentally, commercial products are said to be 239 or less.

The head is hot-melted for PGA Tour players by TaylorMade's Tour Division, so it is supposed to have a softer and better feel than the commercial version.
The actual weight of the head is slightly heavier than the weight listed on the spec sheet.
It is a brand new, unused item that is wrapped in shrink (the clear plastic wrap that wraps the head) and has the TaylorMade spec sheet affixed to it.
The neck has passed the coefficient of rebound test + engraved.
It is fitted with an all-metal sleeve made exclusively for the Tour.
