DF Wedge
The DF (Double Forged) wedge, as its name suggests, is a wedge that has been forged twice for an even softer feel.
The wedge has a traditional wedge shape with a small face, high toe, and straight neck, which is a beautiful shape favored by professionals and advanced players.
The straight neck with minimal face progression is ideal for players who prefer a down blow that wraps around the ball, and the gently ground sole from the back of the sole to the heel eliminates heel drag at impact, leading to a smooth follow-through. The same gently sloping shape also eliminates heel drag at impact and leads to a smooth follow-through.
A similarly gently grinded toe trading edge eliminates toe catch on uphills. This is a wedge for advanced players.
